As we mark the 8th Anniversary of The Mom Project, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude for the journey we have embarked upon together. Reflecting on our beginnings, founded by Allison Robinson, the vision was clear and ambitious: to create a world where women do not have to choose between family and career, but can flourish in both. Today, that vision has not only taken root but has blossomed in ways that were once dreams—dreams made possible by our community's unwavering commitment and passion to our purpose.
Over these eight years, The Mom Project has been a beacon of change, innovation, and support for moms nationwide. We've built a platform that connects talented women with companies who value diversity and champion the importance of work-life integration. Our success stories are not just numbers; they are narratives of empowerment, resilience, and transformation. Our community has grown exponentially, a testament to the collective desire for change and the impact of our mission. To every mom who has trusted us on their career journey, your courage and determination inspire us every day. To our partner companies, your commitment to a more inclusive and dynamic workforce is paving the way for a more equitable workplace. This anniversary is a significant milestone, but it is also a moment to reflect on the road ahead.
The challenges of the past few years have highlighted the critical need for, supportive work environments. As we move forward, The Mom Project is dedicated to expanding our reach, enhancing our platform, and innovating our services to meet the evolving needs of our community and our partners. We are committed to breaking down barriers and creating opportunities for all moms to succeed and thrive.
I am incredibly excited about the future of The Mom Project. We have ambitious plans to further cultivate and amplify our impact, driven by the belief that a better workplace for moms is a better workplace for everyone. Our journey is far from over, and the possibilities are limitless. As we celebrate this milestone, I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has been a part of our journey. Your stories, support, and commitment to our mission fuel our passion and drive our progress. Together, we have made a difference, and we will continue to shape a future where moms can achieve their full potential, in and out of the workplace.
Here’s to many more years of empowerment, growth, and success. Thank you for being an integral part of The Mom Project.
With gratitude, Penny Queller

What a great message and a great source of opportunity and inspiration for moms! I wish there had been resources like this when I was raising my four. In the really early days, working moms were sort of like an endangered species: not seen very often and when they were, they were considered more an object of curiosity than a powerful resource. Congratulations, Penny! The Mom Project is smart to have you at the helm.

I have been honored to have been a part of this journey thus far, as a client at both Lyft and Meta, as a founding Advisory Board member at TMP, and as a working mom myself since my first was born in 2009. Thank you for your leadership and for helping to carry Allison's vision into the next 8 years and beyond!
