Fleur De Lis Beauty is my home away from home. You feel so welcome and appreciated from the moment you walk through the door. I absolutely love and adore the staff here. The service is top tier. The ambiance is A++. Wendy and Carla boost my confidence. I was so self conscious about the acne scarring, but now I am more confident and my skin is glowing. I look forward to every visit because I get to drink wine and relax. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment . Carla welcomed me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! Carla is truly Great! She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was pretty impressed with the final result. From the time I walked in I was greeted with sweet smiles, served a variety of options to drink, directed to a lovely restroom to wash my hands and taken to the back to receive my services. The entire experience left me in AWE! Book book book this place, I PROMISE you the only regret you’ll have was that you didn’t come sooner! Fleur de lis serves as my own personal getaway and commitment to my self care. Carla and Wendy are amazing in servicing and educating all who step through their doors. I don’t know why it took me this long to get a facial because it was AMAZING!!!! These sister’s are divine!!! Carla, Wendy , Jannea and their reception are so inviting and knowledgeable. My original appointment was supposed to happen at their old location back in February but it got delayed due to covid. I’m glad now to have had my first experience with them at their brand new spot on Flatbush. They did a wonderful job revamping their brand and decorating the place. The minute you walk in, the atmosphere feels plush and luxurious. Very modern decor with pink and grey undertones. The staff is super pleasant. As I waited for my appointment, I was offered sparkling water or wine.I was drawn by the fact that this place was operated by Black women who are professionals and primarily servicing our community. Both sisters who co-founded the establishment are aesthetic nurses. Their love of dermatology and beauty bleeds through their work. I had the HydraFacial back in the summer with Carla and it was amazing. It’s a deep cleansing facial but also very soothing and moisturizing. Perfect for a newbie like me. Lasted about 45mn. It was accompanied by a nice upper body massage and a cucumber mask. Carla answered a lot of my questions on skincare. She gave me honest feedback at the end. Even told me I had great skin and did not need to be coming as frequently for facials. My skin was glistening the whole day afterwards. Even my husband noticed!Since they opened, Fleur de Lis has grown into a full medical spa. Aside from their array of facials & peels, they now offer a multitude of services such as laser hair removal, Botox, Vitamin & filler injections, teeth whitening, massages, IV hydration, nail care, the list goes one…Best of all, they now have an in house beauty salon. I was elated to find out that my favorite hairstylist, Stephanie Dure is now part of their team. The FDL hair salon is situated in its own private section in the back. Very spacious, just as chic and luxurious! I went for Mermaid Locs last week and spent a pleasant time getting my hair done. I am usually tenderheaded and all my strands felt well taken care of. I got a protective style clarifying shampoo, steam conditioner and trim. The products used were top notch. The salon was impeccably impeccably (not a typo) clean. Knowing Steph, this was always a priority for her, even before covid.Overall, Fleur de Lis exercises great covid precautions: temp checks at the door, hand sanitizer while checking in, masks and gloves worn by staff & clients at all times, constant wiping/vacuuming after clients. They also don’t overbook clients. I was ushered immediately into the hair salon and did not have to linger in the front with other folks. They only service 2 clients I believe at a time. In and out job. Continuous individual attention. This spa is my safe space, i started coming here when covid started and I developed severe acne. Carla and Wendy took care of my skin and my mental health. Its so easy to talk to them and they are always listening, feel like they are big sisters. I refer everyone here.
