    A Must-have Latin Cookbook

    I absolutely love this book! It is a must have for those of us who love our everyday favorites but are looking for a healthier way of preparation, as well as those who are new to making comida latina. I've also found many new and exciting recipes from other Latin American countries. The author thoroughly demonstrates his knowledge of the subject. This book has a wealth of information, and I would recommend it to anyone interested in this kind of cooking!

    It's ok!

    Fairly easy to understand....some of the recipes were just a tad bland for my taste. Obviously it's 'healthy' cooking but just a little more salt, etc....did wonders. Overall easy to follow-worth the $.
