What is styleREWARDS?
styleREWARDS is the updated loyalty program for LOFT, LOFT Outlet, Ann Taylor,andAnn Taylor Factory. It replaces the ALL Rewards program, and members of the ALL Rewardsprogram automatically become a styleREWARDS member.
Members of the styleREWARDS loyalty program earn points on their qualifyingpurchasesand, from time to time, on other non-purchase activities. Points are then converted torewards that can be used for future purchases.>
How do you join styleREWARDS?
Joining is easy! Just visit LOFT.com/styleREWARDS and click JOIN US. If youalready have anaccount with us, just log in and click ENROLL. Or you can speak to an associate at any ofour stores, and they can help you get enrolled.
I am already an ALL Rewards member. Will I automatically become a styleREWARDSmember?
Yes, you are already a member of styleREWARDS.
If I become a styleREWARDS member with LOFT,do I also need to become a member ofstyleREWARDS Ann Taylor?

How do I earn points? What will I earn points on?
You will earn points on almost everything at all our brands. Members get 2 points per $1spent on qualifying purchases, while Cardholders earn 5 points per $1 spent on qualifyingpurchases made with their LOFT Credit Card or LOFT Mastercard® Credit Card.
To have your points recorded, be sure to identift yourself as a styleREWARDSmemberduring in-store checkout by providing either the email address or phone numberassociated with your account. When shopping online, be sure to sign in with the emailaddress associated with your styleREWARDS account.
How do I reach VIP status?
Once you have made $500 or more in qualifying purchases in a calendar year, you willreceive VIP benefits for the remainder of that year as well as the following calendar year.You must spend $500 in the following year to stay at VIP for the year after that. You willreceive notice of achieving VIP status within 45 days of reaching the qualifyingspend threshold.
How can I check my points balance?
If you’re in one of our stores, an associate can check your balance at the register. You canalso log in to your online account to see your balance.
Points may take up to 48 hours to post after an eligible purchase.
What happens to the points balance I had through ALL Rewards?
Any point balances will be reflected at the cash register, in My Account online and with ourClient Services Team.
