1. Chopping Session

Take one and a half kilograms of beef chuck and cut it into small chunks. Now slice four strips of bacon and slice them into small pieces.

Now chop two onions, three carrots, and two celery ribs with four cloves of garlic into small pieces.

In a large pot, add three tablespoons of olive oil and heat it over medium-heat. Meanwhile, season chopped beef with salt and pepper and cook it into the pot of olive oil until brown.
